So often we see movies, read books, or hear songs that we are convinced is a rip-off of something else. Now you have a place to share that knowledge and allow the rest of the world to vote on it.

Rip-Off...or Not has paired up many titles in many categories with the titles that may be considered the original. The original isn't necessarily from the same medium as the potential rip-off. For example, the rip-off might be a movie, while the original may be a book, comic, video game, cartoon, or TV series. Explanations are given as to why it is believed to be a rip-off.
